An International Experience: Exposure, Experience and Opportunity.

As this new chapter in my life is blossoming I have an opportunity that I simply can not overlook! I will embark on the next step in my culinary life this May. For 10 Weeks I will be on the Amalfi Coast interning is an Italian kitchen – learning, cooking, eating and enjoying.  The tickets are purchased, my place of employment is set, now everything else needs to catch up!

I am very excited and the support I have is so amazing and overwhelming! As my excitement builds my anxiousness and nervousness builds! However, as one great man has told me over and over again ‘Do what you fear and SUCCESS will be yours!” (e.w)
