I say No when it is appropriate…

You know affirmations are a great thing. They are even more powerful when they speak to exactly what you need!

I receive daily @ffirmations from about.com and let me tell you, 90% they are right on target (and on time) as to what I need to envision or bring into my life. As I am preparing to spend 10 weeks working overseas I am reminded that I cant do it all, and I cant be everything to everybody!

I have a lot of projects on my plate and a lot of people in my life that I adore. Fortunately, these people value my talents and my abilities and they would like me to assist them with their projects.  I am one person and unfortunately,  I sometimes have to say no to the people I adore. I need to say no when it is appropriate so that I can remain in tune to what my needs are. I need to say no, so they understand that my time and my talents are valuable! I need to say no, so that I can maintain my sanity and not be overwhelmed in these next 5 weeks that I have stateside. 

Therefore, I am saying yes to ME and to my family that I love and adore, because my heart knows it is right. I want to spend as much time with them in the next few weeks because when I am in Italy for 10 weeks I am going to miss them immensely!!!! I have got WORK TO DO!
